Deliver Excellence with Ocado Logistics

We're seeking friendly drivers who are proud to deliver outstanding customer service. As a Delivery Driver, you'll ensure customer orders arrive safely and with a smile, navigating through various weather conditions. Our pre-planned route maps and pre-loaded vans make your job easier, and every day is different as you deliver shopping for both Ocado Retail and Morrisons.

What You'll Get

  • Hourly pay: £12.74 (Basic Rate), £1.12 (Evening Premium), £1.27 (Sunday Day Premium), £2.51 (Sunday Evening Premium)
  • Overtime rate: £15.93 (Monday to Saturday, Day Shift), £17.33 (Monday to Saturday, Evening Shift)

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Permanent
  • Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
  • Contracted days: You'll work any 5 days out of 7, with further information provided during pre-boarding

Shifts and Pay Structure

  • Shifts: AM & PM, with possible start times from 05:30 and end times up to 12:00 (midnight)
  • Pay Structure: Weekly paid

Requirements

  • No previous experience necessary, just a positive attitude and a full UK or EU driving licence
  • Must be over 18 to apply
  • Driving Licence Requirements: Full UK or EU driving licences only, maximum of 6 penalty points, no driving disqualifications in the past 5 years, and up-to-date licences with full name and current home address
