Facilities & Landscape Manager

La Fairmount Park Conservancy busca un Facilities & Landscape Manager responsable de implementar las políticas y prioridades relacionadas con las propiedades históricas, paisajes y activos materiales bajo su control.

Responsabilidades
  • Administración de propiedades y mantenimiento de instalaciones

  • Administración y coordinación de flota y maquinaria
  • Ayuda y participación en el desarrollo de planes de mantenimiento para proyectos de capital y reutilización adaptativa

Requisitos
  • Capacidad demostrada para administrar propiedades con al menos cinco (5) años de experiencia en gestión.
  • Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas
  • Capacidad para trabajar con un grupo diverso de partes interesadas y miembros de la comunidad
  • Confort en un entorno al aire libre, incluyendo todas las condiciones climáticas
  • Licencia de conducir válida y limpio, y capacidad para conducir vehículos de la Fairmount Park Conservancy
  • Capacidad para levantar y transportar hasta 40 libras

Compensación

El rango salarial para este puesto es de $65,000 a $75,000. Además, la Fairmount Park Conservancy ofrece un generoso paquete de beneficios, incluyendo salud, dental y visión, así como vida, discapacidad y jubilación.
