Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and challenge CIOs and Business Unit leaders to increase platform performance through driving productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, and predictability across platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve Business Unit performance and productivity with a relentless data focus.
  • Drive data quality and the accurate use of JIRA and JIRA Align.
  • Coach, challenge, and influence leaders to get back on track to delivery, improve, and accelerate performance.
  • Mature Business Unit ways of working.
  • Identify and deliver actionable insights to drive out waste in the connectivity of the work.
  • Connect and drive best practice within the Business Unit.
  • Optimise performance reviews and outcome meetings.
  • Carry out resource, skills, and strategic workforce planning across the Business Agility Lead community.
