Teaching Assistant Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Primary School Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and highly motivated team at Dauntsey Academy Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and helping our pupils achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with primary-aged children, excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other members of staff. They should also be self-motivated, reliable, and resilient, with a creative approach to supporting levels of engagement.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working term-time only, with hours of 8.45am to 3.15pm. The salary range is £24,404.00 - £25,183.00 per annum (FTE), pro rata. The successful candidate will also receive excellent benefits, including a pension scheme and opportunities for training and development.
