Corporate Legal Secretary Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our client, a leading law firm, in a top-tier commercial law firm.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy team where you will provide high-quality secretarial support to fee earners.

Your role will include diary management, document management, billing and invoicing, and audio transcription.

If you have a background in Corporate and are proficient in IT and Microsoft Office, this could be the perfect fit for you.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide Secretarial Support:
Manage diaries and organize appointments
Handle document management and ensure accurate filing
Prepare and process billing and invoicing
Conduct audio transcription for legal documents

Requirements:

Essential Skills:
Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Knowledgeable in billing systems
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
