About The Vault

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team and contribute to the launch of our new cocktail and wine bar, The Vault. Our concept is to deliver an unforgettable premium drinking experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock and manage the cocktail station to ensure a seamless service.
  • Collaborate with the Head Mixologist to develop and execute our signature cocktail menu.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with guests to create a memorable experience.
  • Participate in daily shift briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Ensure The Vault is set and ready for service, meeting the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Complete additional training as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, exceeding their expectations and delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Participate in end-of-shift clearing and debriefing to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Candidate Profile

  • Essential mixology experience, with a strong understanding of cocktail techniques and ingredients.
  • Proven bar experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Hospitality booking system experience, with the ability to manage bookings and reservations.
  • Strong sense of customer service, with a passion for delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Highly enthusiastic and motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong personal presentation, with a focus on maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
