Job Opportunity: Experienced Property Professionals Sought for Home-Based Role

About the Role:

GCB Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Sales Valuer to join our team and contribute to the success of our client, an established Online Estate Agency. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties, operating in an allocated territory, and building your own business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property valuations based on market trends and comparable sales data
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the central support team to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with local market knowledge and trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or in a related role
  • Excellent knowledge of the property market and local trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
