About the Opportunity

  • This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable learners in Dorset with a genuine passion for teaching.

You will be responsible for providing holistic and engaging sessions meeting young people's needs, raising the standard of educational support offered to vulnerable young people in the UK. With our flexible and trauma-informed approach, you will have the opportunity to transform the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people referred by local authorities and schools with educational and social-emotional journeys.
  • Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other Additional Educational Needs.

Requirements

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
  • Enhanced DBS, two professional references, and UK right to work

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
