About the Role
We are seeking a newly qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a preceptee nurse, you will be part of our Preceptorship Academy, a 12-month program designed to support your transition into a confident and autonomous professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for males with mental illness and complex care needs.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless internal care pathways and high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer
- An annual salary of £27,397, plus a £2,200 forensic allowance and £1,000 location allowance.
- A £5,000 welcome bonus.
- The equivalent of 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, plus your birthday off.
