Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the internal IT, networking, and cloud-hosted services
  • Create and maintain comprehensive systems architecture documentation
  • Ensure the security of data, networks, and backup systems
  • Lead hardware and software upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues strategically, minimizing downtime
  • Assess new technologies and conduct thorough cost/benefit analyses
  • Oversee IT budgeting and manage the IT Helpdesk System, ensuring efficient issue resolution
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in senior IT roles, including network administration and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in managing Cisco network environments, with a strong understanding of network protocols
  • Familiarity with the Apple ecosystem, managing macOS and iOS devices with Jamf, and experience with Google Workspace, Okta, and other cloud IT systems
  • Proficiency in cloud-based IT service management, particularly AWS infrastructure, and strong understanding of VPN, DNS, DHCP, LANs/VLANs, and firewall management
  • Skilled in IT ticketing systems management and record-keeping, with a focus on process improvement
Desirable Qualifications
  • Apple certifications (e.g., ACSP), Jamf training, or equivalent
  • Okta Essentials training and certification
  • CCNP and/or CCNA certification or similar
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 and other security standards, with a focus on compliance
  • Experience managing Zoom services, with a focus on scalability and reliability
