We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Specialist Hygiene Technician to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Specialist Hygiene Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert deep cleaning and disinfection services to our clients in the Cardiff and surrounding areas.

About the Role

This is a challenging and varied role that requires a high level of physical fitness, as you will be working at heights and in confined spaces. You will be responsible for carrying out deep cleaning and disinfection services in a variety of settings, including restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out deep cleaning and disinfection services in a variety of settings, including restaurants, hospitals, and other commercial premises.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on deep cleaning and disinfection best practices.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Full UK driving licence for 2 years or over and have no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and proactive.
  • Demonstrate clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Be flexible with working hours, as this role includes regular overtime and weekend work which is paid at a premium rate.
  • Be capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
