We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar, and contributing to the overall success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, including serving, taking orders, and handling cash and credit transactions.
