About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a leading consulting firm, we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of commercial and retail projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in all aspects of project delivery
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the firm by identifying opportunities for business expansion and improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial and retail architecture
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of RIBA stages and building regulations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in project management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
