Job Title:

Precast Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our client's dynamic team in ensuring that their precast concrete products meet the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections of precast concrete products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Review production processes and make recommendations for improvements to enhance product quality.
  • Document inspection results and record any deviations from standards in detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products, including strength and durability assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the inspection process.
  • Provide training and support to production staff to promote awareness of quality control procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in precast concrete manufacturing.
  • Strong analytic skills and attention to detail for effective inspection and documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately.
  • Proficient in using measuring instruments and quality control equipment.
