Key Responsibilities:
- You will work efficiently to meet site targets, identifying opportunities for fast-track repairs and ensuring accurate part orders and purchasing procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews of repair methodologies to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with policyholders and Direct Line Group engineering teams on borderline repairable or beyond economical repair cases.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding repairs and non-related damage, negotiating amended repair hours with workshop leadership and technicians as needed.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations and company procedures specific to your role.
- Implement and maintain all standard methodologies and lean activities as instructed by business strategy.
What You'll Need:
This is a permanent position reporting to the Lead Vehicle Damage Assessor.

- Experience in a similar role with knowledge of vehicle repair methods.
- Familiarity with Thatcham repair methods, Audatex, and ATA qualification.
- A strong focus on achieving company and personal targets.
We prioritize Health and Safety and industry standards. You'll ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines and follow Audatex estimates, observing DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures.
