Public Health Nurse Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a School Nurse. This role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme, promoting good health and preventing ill health in young people, families, and communities.
About the Programme
The 0-19 Healthy Child Programme is a key initiative that aims to improve the health and wellbeing of young people, families, and communities. The programme involves working with a range of partners, including schools, communities, primary care, and other agencies, to deliver health-enhancing activities and promote healthy lifestyles.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a SCPHN School Nurse qualification, registered nurse status, and evidence of continuing professional development. A full UK driving licence and ability to travel independently are also essential. Desirable skills include management and leadership qualifications, family planning training, and experience working with different communities.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £43,000 - £56,700 per annum, depending on experience. The post holder will also receive a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive and collaborative working environment.
