Principal Engineer

Salary: Negotiable, depending on your skills and experience
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site / asset walk-arounds to ensure compliance with site License / Authorising conditions.
- Deliver engineering documentation to support asset and facility readiness in order to achieve programme Hold Points.
- Understand new requirements across the business and support requirements captures to ensure asset and facility performance meets programme and legislative requirements.
- Provide engineering assurance across Projects, Operations, and Maintenance.
- Manage asset management across defined assets, ensuring we are maintaining our assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the site modification process.
- Verify engineering calculations, analysis, designs, and other documentation, to ensure compliance and validity.
- Degree in Engineering discipline is essential.
- Experience with Asset Management and Facilities Management.
- Experience with Management of Nuclear classified systems including but not limited to Design, Operation and/or Modifications.
- Experience in related industry such as; Nuclear, Oil and Gas etc. would be advantageous.

About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Principal Engineer, where you will be providing engineering assurance across the site within projects, process, and operations. You will gain exposure working across different programmes / boats, making sure facilities are right for the current programmes, as well as making sure the facilities and assets are correct for future programmes.
