Contract Administration Coordinator Opportunity in Scotland
About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of project documentation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the flow of documentation for multiple projects using Procore.
- Ensure all project documents are accurately logged and filed, and easily accessible to the project teams.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and efficient document management.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and project documentation as required.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £28,000 per year, depending on experience. A stable and supportive work environment with a solid pipeline of projects. Opportunities for professional development. A permanent role offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
You have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You are proficient in Procore or similar document control systems and have a strong understanding of project documentation processes.
