Contract Administration Coordinator Opportunity in Scotland

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Contract Scotland. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate management of project documentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and control the flow of documentation for multiple projects using Procore.
  2. Ensure all project documents are accurately logged and filed, and easily accessible to the project teams.
  3. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and efficient document management.
  4. Assist with the preparation of reports and project documentation as required.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £28,000 per year, depending on experience. A stable and supportive work environment with a solid pipeline of projects. Opportunities for professional development. A permanent role offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

You have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You are proficient in Procore or similar document control systems and have a strong understanding of project documentation processes.
