Job Title: Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Hyde. As a key member of our Front of House team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet guests, finding suitable seating and accommodating special requests.
  • Ensure the smooth setup and breakdown of the floor, service stations, and backstage areas.
  • Own the guest experience, creating unforgettable moments throughout their visit.
  • Check reservations system for bookings and special requests.
  • Stock condiments and assist with stock system.
  • Clean all restaurant spaces, including areas guests will travel.
  • Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a busy Front of House role, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Passion for creating memorable experiences for others, whether guests or colleagues.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
