
Elderly Support Manager

McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Elderly Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of older adults living in our retirement communities.
About the Job:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and organize social events for over 60s in a stunning retirement living development.
- Work closely with partners and suppliers to maintain a smooth estate operation, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
- Represent McCarthy Stone with families and friends of homeowners, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Cultivate a sense of community and belonging among residents, encouraging social interaction and enjoyment of retirement living.
- Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide personalized support and guidance.
- Possess a professional approach with high-quality standards, showcasing good computer literacy and previous or current first aid qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for homeowners, offering help, support, and advice.
- Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth estate running.
- Represent McCarthy Stone for families and friends of homeowners.
- Facilitate social interaction and help homeowners enjoy retirement living.
- Professional approach with high-quality standards.
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Previous/current first aid qualifications an advantage, training provided.
