At beBee Professionals, we're seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to drive our recruitment efforts forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for sourcing and interviewing top talent, building strong relationships with clients, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Manage the recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating job offers.
- Maintain accurate records in our recruitment management system.
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
