**Job Description**

We are seeking a Planning and Reporting Professional to join our team at MorePeople. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data and systems to drive consistency, standardisation, and innovation across all pillars of our business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, with a focus on data and systems. They will be responsible for leading the use of major reporting systems to ensure standardised product KPIs and improve data accuracy. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and resolve Grower Returns issues, support reconciliation of returns data and financials, and assist with automating financial processes.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the use of major reporting systems (such as Cognos) to ensure standardised product KPIs and improve data accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Grower Returns issues, including system errors and maintaining accurate master data.
  • Support reconciliation of returns data and financials, developing insightful reports to monitor key metrics.
  • Assist with automating financial processes, particularly around Grower Returns postings.
