Technical Recruitment Specialist at TEC Partners

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to join our client in a dynamic and expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure efficient operation of production equipment.
  • Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop and maintain a proactive maintenance culture.
  • Communicate effectively with production staff and management to ensure seamless operation of the production environment.

Requirements:

  • GCSE Grade 4/C level or above in relevant subjects.
  • Qualified in at least one core discipline (Electrical or Mechanical) with a strong understanding of the other.
  • Experience in production equipment maintenance and refurbishment.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6am - 2pm (Week 1)
  • 2pm - 10pm (Week 2)
