We're seeking a skilled Frontend React Native Engineer to join our dynamic team in London, UK. As a key member of our product squad, you'll collaborate with designers, UX writers, backend engineers, and data analysts to develop features that improve users' financial health.

With a strong industry background in using React Native / React with TypeScript, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects like building secured credit cards, launching budget rewind features, and adding discount plans to our subscriptions.

You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of work by helping your team members pull together to get it shipped. You'll also mentor your colleagues to help them become the best engineers they can be. Our ideal candidate is passionate about making a positive difference in society by improving the financial health of our users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop features that improve user financial health.
  • Lead the delivery of work by guiding your team to get it shipped.
  • Mentor junior engineers to help them grow professionally.
  • Work on React Native applications, building amazing user experiences that bring financial health to life.
  • Write automated tests alongside code to ensure high-quality software.
  • Analyze data to detect problems and optimize the Cleo experience.
  • Participate in weekly app releases to the Apple and Google app stores.

About the Role:

This is an SE4 position, requiring 4+ years of experience using React Native / React with TypeScript. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of £100000 and equity.
