Audit Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Semi-Senior to join our team in Farnham. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing audit assignments, and ensuring audits are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, including preparing audit files, assisting with audit planning, and supporting or leading audit fieldwork.
- Ensure audits are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Prepare corporation tax computations and manage your own workload to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Work closely with seniors, managers, and partners to deliver high-quality client service and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Our firm is a Top 50 accountancy practice that provides expert audit, accounting, and advisory services to entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals across Central and Southern England. What We Offer- A competitive salary of £26,000 to £32,000 per annum.

- Part-qualified ACCA or ACA with 1-2 years of experience in UK audit practice.
- A university degree (minimum 2:1) or strong A-Level results (A, B, B or above) preferred.
- Familiarity with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH software is advantageous.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and developing junior staff.
