About the Role

Furniture Village is seeking a talented and committed Customer Care Advisor to join our Customer Care Team. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Use training and support provided to give high-quality responses on social media and review platforms.
  • Work a rotating schedule, including some weekend days, to cover our seven-day operation.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is engaging, reassuring, and able to provide effective and professional communication through all channels. You should be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and have a great attitude and hunger to learn.
