Job Title: Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse - Leadership Role

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Flexible (discuss with client)

Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Relocation Allowance: £2,000 per annum (if needed)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our client's team as a Head Veterinary Nurse. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading the nurse team, developing their skills and education, and ensuring the practice's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the nurse team and develop their skills and education
  • Ensure the practice's needs are met and the team is supported
  • Assist with financial and operational performance of the practice
  • Contribute to the overall team performance and engagement

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse or Head Veterinary Nurse
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs
  • Knowledge of veterinary practice management
