About the Team

We are proud to offer an excellent learning and development program, designed to equip our Care Worker Apprentices with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles. Our comprehensive training program includes modules on care and support, communication, and teamwork, as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced care professionals.

As a Care Worker Apprentice, you will work closely with colleagues and senior leaders to deliver high-quality care and support to residents. You will contribute to a positive and respectful team culture, promoting dignity, respect, and kindness in all interactions with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
