Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance, reactive tasks, and planned preventative maintenance.
  2. Monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory compliance tasks including tap temperature checks, emergency lighting tests, fire alarm tests, air handling unit maintenance, etc.
  3. Replacing belts, filters, pumps, etc.
  4. Covering a portfolio of contracted buildings maintaining various systems.
  5. Participating in the company's on-call rota to provide customers with full out-of-hours cover.
Essential Requirements:
  1. Experienced and skilled in carrying out facilities maintenance in a commercial environment.
  2. Understanding of mechanical/electrical and/or HVAC systems.
  3. Good problem-solving skills.
  4. Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills.
  5. Holding a valid UK driving license.
