About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship Skills Coach. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of learners and employers.
  • Mentor and coach apprentices to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of training and support services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering apprenticeship training and support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible approach to working hours and locations.
Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Total Training Provision offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
