Pay:

£15.14 to £16.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

Additional Benefits:

Opportunity to work on a sleep shift, with a competitive rate of £22.71 to £24.75 per hour on Bank Holidays

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at CASE MANAGEMENT CYMRU LTD. As a Female Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide person-centred support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  2. Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  3. Support clients to access community resources and services
  4. Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
