About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at CASE MANAGEMENT CYMRU LTD. As a Female Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Support clients to access community resources and services
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support
