The Challenge

We're seeking a seasoned data professional to lead our data management efforts, integrating diverse data sources, developing robust systems, and creating intuitive visualizations that inform our decision-making. You'll work closely with our teams to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, driving our mission to reach the unreachable.

The Opportunity

As our Global Data Manager, you'll have the chance to:

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions that optimize our humanitarian operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data systems that meet our evolving needs
  • Lead the development of data visualizations and analytics that inform our decision-making
  • Work with our teams to identify and address data-related challenges in our humanitarian operations
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a data expert with a passion for humanitarian work and a commitment to using data to drive positive change. You'll have:

  • Proven experience in data architecture, warehouse management, and advanced analytics
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
