Job Overview

A senior rotational clinical pharmacist position has become available in a leading healthcare provider in South West London. As a senior rotational clinical pharmacist, you will work across various rotations, including critical care, paediatrics, surgery, and medical specialties. Your responsibilities will encompass ward-based tasks, chart reviews, clinical interventions, working closely with the medical team to optimise medication regimens, patient education on medications, screening discharge prescriptions, and supporting junior or trainee pharmacists. Person Specification

The person specification for the job includes:

  1. A professional qualification – General Pharmaceutical Council registration.
  2. A certificate in clinical pharmacy (at least 12 months complete and working towards 18 months).
  3. Experience of providing services to a broad variety of patients and demonstrating evidence of good clinical knowledge and skills.
