About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team at Agricultural Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the ruminant feed market by providing technical nutrition advice, nurturing relationships, and continuously looking to expand our sales ledger in your area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical nutrition advice to customers and prospects
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted volume and margin targets
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities in the ruminant market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our products and services meet the evolving needs of our customers
Requirements
  • Experience and knowledge in ruminant nutrition is highly desirable
  • Sales background with a proven track record of success
  • Both commercially and technically minded with a strong understanding of the agricultural industry
  • Proactive and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Full UK driving licence
