Job Title: Companionship Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Companionship Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating companionship visits to individuals affected by dementia in their local community.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be required to commit to regular visits and maintain open communication with the Alzheimer's Society team.
