We are recruiting for a Children's Services Commissioning and Supervision Lead, to join our team at Polaris Community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for commissioning high-quality services for children and families, and ensuring that our services meet the needs of those we serve.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role, which requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of children's services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, and working closely with other professionals to ensure that our services are effective and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning high-quality services for children and families
  • Ensuring that our services meet the needs of those we serve
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • A Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Deep understanding of children's services
  • A comprehensive working knowledge of all relevant legislation pertaining to children's services

Salary and Benefits:

  • Up to £36,000 salary
  • £3,000 car allowance
  • 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service) + bank holidays
