About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Process Engineer to join our team at IQE, a leading supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions to the global semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule bays to achieve released orders and ensure quality and specification are met to the highest standard.
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met in full and on time, and inspect all pertinent production and characterization data to authorize the release of product to the customer.
  • Provide technical support for issues arising in connection with the operation of the bays and ensure technical data is used in an effective manner.
  • Participate in bay improvement programs and adhere to all internal safety, HR, environmental, and quality guidelines and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate in a scientific or engineering discipline, ideally involving some degree of semiconductor technology experience.
  • Good understanding of the MOVPE process, characterization, and hardware capabilities, processes, and procedures.
