Job Title: Campus Guardian

About the Job:
Texas Health Resources, Inc. is seeking a skilled Campus Guardian to join our security team in Texas. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement and multiple shifts available to fit your schedule.

Responsibilities:

1. Patrols buildings and grounds for unlocked secured areas during off-hours.
2. Locks and unlocks doors according to schedules.
3. Provides individual and group escorts to and from parking areas.
4. Identifies and removes unauthorized individuals from property.
5. Enforces campus parking policies/cites violations.
6. Maintains compliance with Security policies.
7. Pursues and detains persons involved in criminal activity.
8. Fills out incident/offense report forms and composes narratives.
9. Gives directions to areas of facility.
10. Interacts with police, fire personnel, patients, visitors, and staff.
11. Provides vehicle assistance.
12. Patrols interior/perimeter of campus and parking.
13. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience.
