We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Professional to join our team at Empowering Learning in Chertsey.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time/part-time opportunity for a qualified and experienced Childcare Professional to provide high-quality care and education to young children.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities, lessons, and play opportunities for young children.
  • Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes child development and early years curriculum.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and development.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3).
  • Experience working as a Childcare Professional in a childcare setting.
  • Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum.
  • DBS clearance with less than a year old or on the update service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £11-£15 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
