About the Role
Riverside Medical Practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Nurse to join our team. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including long-term condition management, cytology, child immunisations, and vaccinations.
- Work independently to provide care, with support and training as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) targets.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
- Provide telephone consultations and advice to patients.
- Discuss blood results with patients and provide guidance on next steps.

Person Specification
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Qualified in cytology and childhood vaccinations.
- Desirable qualifications include phlebotomy, chronic disease management, and wound management.
