Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality audits adhering to auditing standards and provide non-audit services.
  • Prepare annual accounts with knowledge of UK GAAP.

  • Manage client-related tasks such as budgets, WIP, and timely billing.
  • Understand client needs and key risks to think strategically, provide additional guidance, deliver results, and manage expectations.
  • Monitor, control, coach, train, and develop staff to enhance their knowledge and performance.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience working in a practice accountancy organisation or in an audit position in the industry. Experience auditing within education is beneficial, as would a professional qualification such as ICAS or ACCA.
