About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Health Nurse to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered General Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to patients with mental health needs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies to promote recovery and well-being.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and carers to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the support they require.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the education and training of healthcare staff, promoting best practice and evidence-based care.
