Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will have end-to-end ownership of all inside sales tasks, including identifying sales opportunities, preparing customized proposals, and negotiating contracts with customers. You will work closely with our Marketing team, Commercial Excellence team, and cross-functional resources to leverage expertise and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication, oral and written skills, as well as commercial, customer, and results orientation. You should have experience in inside sales and a passion for leveraging virtual tools and channels for sales. Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from an inside sales channel, particularly Salesforce, is also essential. Additionally, you should have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in technical fields) or relevant experience, and either knowledge related to medical devices/orthopaedics or inside selling. The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 depending on your level of experience.
