Assistant Manager

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Fort William. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in our fashion retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team in store and drive performance and sales through effective management and coaching.
- Create an environment that provides an excellent experience for customers and the local community.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of performance.
- Manage the store's KPI performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising displays that capture the customer's attention.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Deputy, or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of fashion or accessory products and trends.
- Ability to manage budgets and KPIs to drive sales and performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with visual merchandising and display creation.
- Basic salary up to £28,000 depending on experience.
- 1 weekend off per month, with 28 days annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
