As an experienced education lawyer, you will be working closely with our team lead to service and supervise work and help deliver strategy at a time of political change and huge opportunity for the sector. Your caseload may include admissions and exclusions, student behaviour and discipline, safeguarding, special educational need and equality issues, complaints and claims, inspection advice, EHCP consultations, and funding issues.

Some experience in critical incident management and reputation protection would be helpful. You will be expected to advise maintained schools and academies on these issues, particularly those in the academies and maintained space.
