Job Title: Bank Support Practitioner

We are seeking compassionate and creative individuals to join our team as Bank Support Practitioners in East Kilbride. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own homes in the community.

The Role

As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will cover shifts to ensure continued care and support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness. You will assist individuals with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, medication, and personal care. You will also provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, medication, and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and help individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.
  • Cover shifts to ensure continued care and support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness.
Requirements
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
