Project Management Role
======================

G3 Systems is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering fast-paced and complex Engineering Systems to UK and International Government and Defence Organisations and the Commercial Business sector.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Project Management of multiple Engineering Projects, ensuring Contractual Deliverable Requirements are met.
* Management of resources and programs to ensure projects are delivered on Time, to Cost and Key Performance Indicators are met.
* Overall Safety, Quality & Technical responsibilities for all project related activities.
* Delegated Financial responsibility for projects.
* Initiation and upkeep of project risk registers.
* Initiation and maintenance of effective business relationships with project stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring at all times the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
* Management of multi-disciplined Project Teams.
* Provision of timely technical and budgetary reports as required

Business Development Support
-------------------------

* Provide Business Development support for new project bids.

Requirements
------------

* Recognised Project Management qualification, preferably Association of Project Management
* Recognised Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Qualification, minimum C&G level
* IT literate with demonstrable ability in the use of the MS suite of applications, including MS Project.
* 5 Years demonstrable experience in a Project Management role.
* Project & programme scheduling.
* Planning and Programme Management.
* The candidate will preferably have experience working within the defence industry
* Reliable, presentable with good timekeeping.
* Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Comfortable and confident engaging with customers.
* Good record keeping skills and attention to detail.
