We are seeking a skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at the Strachan Veterinary Group in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional patient and client care, and we are committed to supporting our staff in their professional development.

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse with our practice, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of veterinary professionals, including three vets, a practice manager, a head nurse, and a veterinary care assistant. We offer a range of diagnostic facilities, including biochemistry, haematology, digital x-ray, and ultrasonography.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and driven to provide the highest standard of patient and client care. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £28,000 to £33,000 per year, as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • 40 hour week over 4 days
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays
  • 1 day off per week
  • VDS cover
  • RCVS fees paid
  • CPD allowance
  • Pension scheme
