Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on estate and care fees planning, including the creation of wills and lasting powers of attorney.
  • Manage complex court of protection cases, ensuring that clients' interests are protected.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience as a Private Client Solicitor, preferably in estate and care fees planning.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those related to wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
