Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to proactive telephone and email campaigns to achieve weekly collections
  • Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems
  • Deal with ad hoc queries from clients/merchants, such as resolving queries regarding payments


Requirements:


  • Fluency in German and English is essential
  • Experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger
  • Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data
